Which lakes are covered?

Lake Powell first. Eight offline bed packs from Last Chance through Rock Creek. More reservoirs come after Powell is solid. We will not invent depths for a lake we do not have a pack for.

How is depth calculated?

Depth equals water surface elevation minus bed elevation, on the same vertical datum. The lake level is a live public gauge when you are online, or a number you type. The formula does not change.

Does it work without cell service?

Yes. Bed packs, the last lake level you had, cached weather, and saved places stay on the device. Live gauge and map-tile refresh need a connection.

How does the trial work?

You get 2 hours of the full app on a store build. The clock is wall-clock and does not reset if you kill the app. After that, a paywall. One plan: $19.99 a year, billed by Apple or Google. Debug builds used to make the app are not licensed.

Which phones does it run on?

iPhone and Android. Same product, same trial, same yearly plan. There is no required account.

Where does my data live?

Favorites, trips, tracks, and photos stay on the device. Location is optional and used to put your boat on the map. See the Privacy Policy for the current list.

How do I reach a person?
